Randy Chrisman co-founded Atlanta Football Club to help build a high-performance, boutique soccer environment grounded in professional academy standards he believes best support player development. For Chrisman, that means prioritizing individualized attention, top-level coaching, and a unified training methodology, while keeping families engaged through regular player feedback and development tracking. Chrisman’s vision for Atlanta Football Club is a positive, purposeful, and growth-oriented environment where every player can thrive.
Chrisman grew up in California, where he played competitive youth soccer throughout the state. A standout player, he continued his playing career at the collegiate level at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
He has lived in Atlanta for more than 20 years, building a career in asset management with a focus on marketing and investor relations. Passionate about youth development, Chrisman ran a preschool soccer program for more than six years, growing participation to over 120 players annually. He has also been actively involved in coaching his children in soccer, basketball, and other sports for more than a decade.
